Totally love that Parenthood series. So California. God, I miss it.

You know it's time to go to bed when 5am postings from your favorite blogs start rolling in. More coffee tomorrow, almost surely. Anyone want to take bets on what time I actually wake up?

At one point, I told my boss I don't believe in umbrellas.

Set out today to go the bank. It was already raining and promptly started pouring. Ducked into RiteAid because I was only a quarter of the way to the bank, with intentions to buy an umbrella. Couldn't find one. Passed three umbrella selling stands because I didn't like their selection. Got to the bank. Looked a hot mess. Somewhat dried off in the time it took to do bank-y things. On the way back, it had slowed to a drizzle. And walked past a ton of umbrellas being turned inside out. Mostly dry (minus socks) by the time I left work an hour later.

Non-belief in umbrellas sustained! For now (please don't rain tomorrow; i want to bike to work)
